Terms and Conditions for Self-Paced Course Purchase

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the self-paced course ("Course") provided by Sensational Start Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd trading as The OT Coach Australia ("we," "us," or "our") through the Kajabi platform. By purchasing the Course, you ("the Participant") agree to the following terms:

1. Course Access and Purchase

1.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course materials via the Kajabi platform.
1.2 Access to the Course is intended for the sole use of the Participant and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted.
2.2 An exception to this policy may apply if:

  • The Participant has not accessed any part of the Course, and
  • A refund request is made in writing within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted to hello@theotcoach.au. Approval of refunds remains at our sole discretion.

3. Course Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 All Course materials, including videos, documents, and resources, remain the intellectual property of Sensational Start Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd trading as The OT Coach Australia.
3.2 Participants may use the materials for personal learning only. Copying, distributing, or modifying Course content without prior written permission is prohibited.

4. Technical Support and Availability

4.1 While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, we are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including Kajabi platform downtime.
4.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access and technology to access the Course.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

5.1 The Course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
5.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Course.

6. Amendments

6.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued access to the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
