By purchasing or participating in the Paediatric Hub membership through The OT Coach Academy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before joining.
1. Membership Access
The Paediatric Hub is a clinical membership designed for Australian AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapists only.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information when joining.
Access is granted upon successful payment and continues according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled or paused as outlined below.
2. Payment & Billing
Monthly Payment Option
Monthly payments grant you access for one month at a time.
Your first payment is charged upon joining, with subsequent charges on the same date each month.
A minimum 3-month commitment applies. By joining, you agree to be charged monthly for the first three months.
After this period, you may cancel anytime with 5 business days’ notice via email to [email protected].
Failed payments may result in your membership being suspended or cancelled without notice.
Annual Payment Option
Annual payments grant you uninterrupted access for 12 months (365 days).
The full amount is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
Your membership will automatically renew on the same date each year unless cancelled.
To cancel renewal, email [email protected] at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
3. Pause & Cancellation Policy
You may request to pause your membership once per calendar year for up to 3 consecutive months.
During a pause, access is suspended but your current membership rate will be retained.
To request a pause, email [email protected] with at least 5 business days’ notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials (including session recordings, templates, resources, and downloads) are the intellectual property of The OT Coach Australia.
These are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
You must not share login details, screenshots, or session recordings with others.
5. Confidentiality & Group Etiquette
You agree to keep all live session and community space discussions confidential.
Respectful, professional communication is expected at all times. Breaches may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. No Guarantees or Clinical Supervision
This membership supports professional development and peer connection. It does not replace formal clinical supervision, therapy, or business advice.
Outcomes are not guaranteed. You are responsible for applying insights within your professional scope and regulatory guidelines.
7. Disclaimer
All information is shared in good faith for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for specific professional advice (clinical, legal, financial, etc.).
The OT Coach Australia is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on membership participation.
8. Modifications
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time. You will be notified of major changes via email or inside the member portal.
