PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION

Are you an occupational therapist working within a service or organisation and seeking external professional supervision to build your clinical and professional confidence and competence?

These ongoing 60-minute sessions provide a reflective space to strengthen your reasoning, clarify your role, and grow as a therapist or leader. Sessions focus on helping you feel grounded, capable, and supported in your professional journey. Whether that’s delivering therapy, leading a team, or supervising others.

Alyce’s clinical background is in paediatrics, with extensive experience in behaviour, coregulation, developmental practice, and autism. She has also run a large paediatric service, supervising therapists and leading teams across clinical and operational domains. Alyce does not provide supervision for physical disability, assistive technology (AT) scripting, or adult-focused interventions such as SIL or SDA.

Alyce provides holistic, long-term supervision focused on reflection, growth, and sustainable practice. These sessions are not designed for one-off or client-specific consultation. Instead, they offer a consistent space for developing confidence, competence, and clarity in your work.

Investment: $220 per 60-minute session

INTEGRATED SUPERVISION

Are you leading a paediatric service and looking to strengthen supervision for your team?

Alyce offers an integrated external supervision model that supports therapists through individualised, reflective supervision while also ensuring alignment with your service’s values, goals, and caseload expectations.

This model is ideal for services where internal leaders may not have the capacity or specific clinical scope to provide regular supervision themselves, but still want to ensure their team is supported, confident, and delivering high-quality care.

Each therapist receives one-on-one supervision tailored to their clinical and professional development goals. With the therapist’s consent, key insights and collaborative planning can also be shared with service leadership to ensure consistent support and shared direction across the team.
