Paediatric Hub
A weekly space for paediatric OTs to think out loud together, with the messy, unresolved parts of the job included
Nobody tells you how much of paediatric practice is grey. The complex case that doesn't fit the framework. The family who wants more than the system can fund. The report you've rewritten four times because you're not sure you're saying it right. This is where that gets talked through, not tidied up.
Each week you step out of the day to day, bring what's on your mind and work through real practice challenges alongside Alyce and other paediatric OTs. Alyce brings what she's seeing shift across the sector, funding, service models, what's changing in practice, so the group isn't working it out in a vacuum. It's part mentoring, part peer support and part professional community, shaped by someone who has run the service side of paediatric practice as well as the clinical side.
You'll also have access to practical resources, clinical frameworks and templates to support your everyday practice.
All this for $25 a week.
Join the Paediatric HubGuided by Alyce, Grounded in Practice
We meet every week for a one hour session, guided by Alyce and shaped by whatever is coming up in your practice right now.
You can bring clinical questions, tricky cases, parent or school challenges, report writing uncertainty, or you can simply listen and take in what others are working through. Alyce brings her own frameworks and current thinking to every session, whether that's a way to work back to the values underneath a family's goal, a reframe for a fluctuating presentation, or an "I wonder" prompt that opens up a more intentional clinical decision. There's no expectation to have the right answer. The whole point is to think out loud together.
You'll be learning alongside therapists at different stages of their careers, from new graduates finding their feet to experienced clinicians navigating complex caseloads.
