THE OT COACH ACADEMY
A professional membership for therapists and allied health professionals who want to keep developing in their work. Within the academy, members join a focused hub aligned to their role, their work, and the kind of support they need.
What is The OT Coach Academy?
The OT Coach Academy is an ongoing professional membership designed to support therapists and allied health professionals across different stages of their career.
It was developed to create a more accessible way to support therapists beyond one to one work, while maintaining the same depth of thinking and professional development.
Through group based mentoring and shared discussion, members have space to step back from day to day work, think more clearly, and develop their practice alongside others.
Every hub is guided by Alyce, bringing her own clinical and business experience, current sector knowledge, and years of working alongside allied health professionals all over Australia directly into the room. The academy exists so that this depth of support can reach more people than 1:1 work alone ever could, and so you have the ongoing support to become the therapist and practitioner you want to be.
Inside the academy, you join a hub aligned to your work, where conversations are grounded in real situations and everyday practice.
This is not about adding more information. It is about developing clarity, confidence, and direction in the work you are already doing.
THE ACADEMY HUBS
Within The OT Coach Academy, there are three core hubs.
Each hub is designed to support a different area of practice and works in a slightly different way, depending on what is needed in that space.
For occupational therapists working in paediatric practice
Paediatric practice is full of grey areas. The complex case that doesn't fit the framework, the family wanting more than the system can fund, the report you've rewritten because you're not sure you're saying it right. The Paediatric Hub is where that gets talked through, not tidied up.
Each week, Alyce and the group work through what's actually come up, real cases, real uncertainty, real decisions, with Alyce bringing what she's seeing shift across the sector so the group isn't working it out alone.
Inside the Paediatric Hub:
- weekly connect sessions
- discussion of real clinical situations
- practical frameworks for therapy planning
- templates and tools to support clinical reasoning
- support to guide decision making in practice
- a community of paediatric occupational therapists
The focus is on helping you think more clearly and apply that thinking in your work.
