Each week, you step out of the day to day of running your service to think clearly about your business, make decisions with confidence and work through real challenges alongside others who understand the realities of private practice.
This is a space to share, learn and grow alongside other business owners. It is not a space for sole practitioners or those not yet leading a team.
Founding membership is currently open at $250 per month.

Weekly group mentoring
We meet weekly for a one hour group mentoring session, guided by Alyce and shaped by the real questions, challenges and themes emerging in private practice.
Alyce also brings current topics from her broader business mentoring work and what is happening across the sector.
You can bring:
- team and staffing challenges
- leadership and supervision questions
- service delivery decisions
- systems or workflow issues
- or simply listen and learn from others
Where helpful, resources or examples may be shared to support discussion. The focus of this space is on conversation, reflection and ongoing learning.
