Business Hub
Fortnightly guidance for allied health business owners leading a team, grounded in real-time sector knowledge, from award reviews to NDIS reform to financial benchmarking
Join NowThe Business Hub is a live, guided membership for allied health business owners who are leading a team.
This is not a soft support group. It is a working room where practice owners get answers grounded in real, current sector knowledge, from the substance of the HPSS Award review to the specific budget cuts and consultation timelines inside NDIS reform, to trust structures, succession planning and business valuation. Alyce brings the depth most practice owners only get from paying a consultant directly, translated into decisions you can actually make.
This is a space to share, learn and grow alongside other business owners, guided by someone who knows what you are carrying because she has carried it too. It is not a space for sole practitioners or those not yet leading a team.
1:1 Business Owner Mentoring with Alyce is $450 per hour. The Business Hub gives you fortnightly access to that same depth of expertise, alongside a group of peers, for a fraction of the cost.
Membership: $250 per month.
Join the Business HubGuided by Alyce,
Grounded in the Sector, Grown in the Community
We meet fortnightly for a one hour session, guided by Alyce and shaped by the real questions, challenges and themes emerging in private practice.
Sessions have covered staffing contracts and senior role design, supervision accountability, student placement structures, service pricing and financial benchmarking, and the shift from NDIS-dependent models to private and Medicare billing. Alyce tracks the sector as it moves, award reviews, NDIS consultation timelines, financial and operational frameworks, and brings it straight into the room. Members bring their own knowledge and experience too, so the group is learning from each other as much as from Alyce. This works because everyone shows up and shares. Your questions and challenges are what shape the conversation and help the whole group learn.
You can bring:
- Team and staffing challenges
- Leadership and supervision questions
- Service delivery decisions
- Systems or workflow issues
Where helpful, resources or examples may be shared to support discussion. The focus of this space is on conversation, reflection and Alyce's current, practical read on what is happening in the sector.
