The Sole Trader Hub is a live, guided membership for allied health professionals running their own independent practice.

Fortnightly, you step out of the day to day to think through what's actually going on in your practice, make sense of the decisions in front of you, and do it alongside people who understand exactly what it's like to be a business of one.

This is not about clinical development. This is about the business of being a sole trader. Every bit of it.

Fortnightly Group Sessions

We meet fortnightly on Thursdays at 12pm AEST, guided by Alyce and shaped by what's actually coming up for sole traders right now.

The conversations go wherever they need to go. That might be:

funding changes and what they mean for your practice
advertising, social media and getting yourself out there
pricing and knowing your worth
hard conversations with clients, families or referrers
self management, boundaries and not burning out
providing quality care while running a business
or something else entirely that's been sitting in your head

There is no set agenda. The value is in thinking it through together, with people who already understand the context you're working in.

Built for busy sole traders

Fortnightly is intentional.

Weekly was never going to work for someone running a practice on their own. Fortnightly gives you a regular touchpoint without adding pressure to an already full schedule.

And if you can't make it live, you won't miss out. Sessions are recorded so you can catch up in your own time. You can also send in your questions ahead of the session and Alyce will make sure they get covered.

Fortnightly live sessions One hour, every second Thursday at 12pm AEST. Guided by Alyce, shaped by the group. No clinical content. Just honest conversation about the realities of running a sole trader practice.
Session recordings Can't make it live? Every session is recorded so you can listen when it suits you.
Send in your questions Not able to attend? Send your question ahead of time and it will be brought into the room.
Private Facebook community A space to connect between sessions, ask questions and share what's working. Because doing it alone doesn't have to mean doing it in silence.
A community that builds over time This is not a drop-in space. The relationships that form here, the shared history, the people who actually know your practice and your context. That's where the real value lives.

Each week you’ll join other group practice owners in a 1-hour session where Alyce facilitates open conversation, gentle reflection and practical problem-solving based on what you and other practice owners are facing.
