We figure things out alone, assume our struggles are unique, and never really know what it looks like when someone else works through the same thing. The podcast tries to change that. Every episode is a real one-on-one mentoring conversation. Someone brings what they're actually navigating right now, we work through it together, and it goes out anonymously so the rest of the profession gets to hear it too. Not a highlight reel. The actual conversation.

About the Podcast
Each episode is a one-on-one mentoring session with a different therapist, recorded and shared anonymously so the rest of the profession can learn from it too. The anonymity is what makes it work. You can be completely open because nobody's going to know it was you.
Whether you're navigating a tricky caseload, working entirely solo, or trying to run a business on top of the clinical work, there's something in these conversations for you, whether you're the one in the chair or the one listening at home.
We're after therapists who genuinely want to reflect and grow. This is mentoring, not a platform for self-promotion.
